Greater Spotted Woodpeckers

Photos taken around the outskirts of Scarborough, North Yorkshire, in Falsgrave Park, on Sunday the 22nd April 2012, a great showing from a lovely bird and a brillaint treat to see on my birthday. After a rubbish morning of rainy weather the sun came out and so did the birds.
Looking forward to photographing and seeing the youngsters been feed in a few weeks time.
